Course money-back guarantee

Request a course refund within 30 days starting when course access becomes available. The clock does not start at pre-order payment or merely because a release date has been promised. The guarantee covers the course price and its attributable tax; it does not automatically refund sessions already provided.

Pre-release cancellation and statutory rights

Contact support for pre-release cancellation or a refund request. Applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies, including for late delivery or content not as described, remain unaffected; they are not limited to this voluntary guarantee. No blanket non-refundable pre-order rule applies.

Two strategy sessions

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Contact support for late changes or no-shows; they do not automatically cause forfeiture. An unused session is refundable at one half of the purchased upgrade price: GBP 999.50, USD 1,300 or EUR 1,200, plus its attributable tax. A session provided is used; late changes and no-shows are not automatically treated as provision. Provider cancellation gives you the choice of rebooking or refund of the affected session. Statutory rights are preserved.
